All Queens Cultured products are made to order — your item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed. We ship exclusively within the United States. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states.

We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@queenscultured.com.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, reach out to us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and make it right.

⚠ Carrier delays during peak periods (holidays, weather events) are outside our control but we’ll always do our best to resolve them on your behalf.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Queens Cultured is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately at info@queenscultured.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before production begins.
