Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Purchased directly from queenscultured.com

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

 

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items not purchased directly from our website

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined at our discretion.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once received.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at queenscultured.com/contact with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
